1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WindowPro website and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.

2. Use of Services

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate WindowPro, a WindowPro employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by WindowPro, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Purchases and Payment

All purchases through our site or other transactions for the sale of goods or services formed through the Services are governed by these Terms.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Returns and Refunds

WindowPro accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for uninstalled, undamaged products in their original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Installation Services

Our installation services are performed by trained professionals. You agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the installation area.
  • Ensure the installation area is prepared according to our specifications.
  • Be present during the installation or appoint a representative.

WindowPro is not responsible for damage to existing structures that are not structurally sound or do not meet building codes.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will WindowPro, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Services, any websites linked to it, any content on the Services or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
